KXNG CROOKED Presents "Train Tracks" (A Social Injustice Short Film)
Posted by: effex - 04-02-2018, 09:50 PM - Forum: KXNG Crooked Discussion - No Replies

From: http://www.thebossboard.com/2018/04/kxng...hort-film/

KXNG CROOKED took the Hip Hop world by storm with the release of his socially and politically fueled album Good Vs Evil II: The Red Empire in 2017. Now, the West Coast legend has returned with a short film that has been inspired by the project’s song Train Tracks. This is a historical piece that takes viewers back in time to 1932 to witness a world where racism and social injustice runs rampant. The Edwin Escobar directed visuals are quite powerful and fans should applaud not only KXNG CROOKED, but all parties involved for putting together such a masterpiece. Those who are feeling the film’s message are encouraged to check out both installments of Good Vs Evil which are now available for purchase.

Forever M.C. & It's Different - "King Kong" (Music Video)
Posted by: effex - 03-22-2018, 08:55 PM - Forum: KXNG Crooked Discussion - No Replies

From: http://www.thebossboard.com/2018/03/fore...sic-video/

A few weeks ago, Forever M.C. and It’s Different unleashed their song King Kong to the masses and were met with an overwhelmingly positive response. Now, the song which features KXNG CROOKED, Royce Da 5’9″, DMX and cuts by Statik Selektah has received a much deserved visual treatment. The new animated music video, which is directed by Steven Lefkovitz, perfectly brings this hard hitting record to life and viewers will surely appreciate it’s creative approach. Those who are feeling both the song and accompanying video are encouraged to show their support by purchasing the Forever M.C. compilation when it’s released on March 30th.

NIQLE NUT - "Juice" (Music Video)
Posted by: effex - 03-08-2018, 08:49 PM - Forum: Treacherous Records Discussion - No Replies

From: http://www.thebossboard.com/2018/03/niql...sic-video/

Although it is only March, Inglewood’s NIQLE NUT is already having a tremendous year and is keeping the momentum going with the release of a brand new music video. In the visuals to his song Juice, NIQLE presents viewers with a satirical behind-the-scene’s look into a music video’s creative process. Fans will find it hilarious as the director attempts to force NIQLE into a series of cliche scenes. Of course, NIQLE always comes across more natural when he’s in his own element and the look on his face when forced into these absurd situations says it all. Not only will fans be entertained by the video’s original approach, but the track itself is a complete banger. The new visuals are now available to be streamed through YouTube and readers are encouraged to check them out today.

KXNG CROOKED x Royce Da 5'9" x DMX x Statik Selektah - "King Kong"
Posted by: effex - 02-22-2018, 07:35 PM - Forum: Music - Replies (1)

From: http://www.thebossboard.com/2018/02/kxng...king-kong/

Earlier this month, Forever M.C. and It’s Different released a record called Terminally Illfrom their upcoming compilation which sent listeners into a lyrical overdose. Now, the production team is back for round two with yet another banger.

On the song King Kong, KXNG CROOKED joins forces with his Slaughterhouse brother Royce Da 5’9″, DMX and Statik Selektah who offers his services once again with some dope cuts. Of course, fans already know what to expect when putting this combination of legendary talent together. Long time Circle of Bosses fans will most definitely find this collaboration interesting based on Crooked and DMX’s tulmultuous past (i.e. I’m Throw’d Freestyle). Thankfully, the past is the past and listeners are grateful for being able to get their hands on such a dope record. Readers who are interested in hearing this one are encouraged to give it a spin now through the included SoundCloud player.

Forever M.C. will be made available on March 30th and pre-orders are now live on iTunes. The compilation features a wealth of incredible emcees and fans of real Hip Hop should certainly show their support by making a purchase.
